South Lake Relay for Life is today

GROVELAND

South Lake Relay for Life is today

The South Lake Relay for Life begins at 6 p.m. today at South Lake High School, 15600 Silver Eagle Road, Groveland.

This year's goal is $48,000. A total of 46 teams and more than 375 individuals will participate.

This year, the Relay is partnering with the Faith Neighborhood Center Food Pantry in Groveland.

At the closing ceremony on Saturday, the cans of food that have been donated to serve as weights for the luminaries will be collected and will be presented to a Faith Neighborhood Center representative.
