n The Moonlight Players have announced a varied and exciting schedule for the 2008/09 season:

Nov. 21 to Dec. 21 -- "Babes in Toyland"

Jan. 9 to Feb. 8 -- "Chicago, the Musical"

March13 to Apr.12 "Biloxi Blues"

May 8 to June 7 -- "Li'l Abner"

n The South Lake Art League has scheduled a variety of Art Classes for this season from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Art League's Gallery, 776 Montrose St., Clermont.The classes are for both beginners and advanced painters. The registration fee is $30 with an additional $10 for supplies or you may bring your own.

In addition, a Watercolor class is scheduled from 1 to 3 p.m. begining Jan. 6, call Pat Percy at 863-424-3083; Kathie Camara has also scheduled another Acrylic Painting class from 10 a.m. to noon, call 241-6407.

n Lake County Art Center, LLC's Club Moulin Mystere - 7 to 11p.m. on Saturdays for those who enjoy the unexpected and love a good mystery. Evenings of surprise artistic performances by local artists, comedians, dancers, and musicians. Entry is reserved for age 21 and over.

n City of Minneola Recreation Department's Beginner and Intermediate Line Dance classes are ongoing every Wednesday and will run for three more weeks in the City Hall Gymnasium. The beginner class will be from 10 to 11:30 a.m. and the intermediate class will be 1:30 - 3:00 p.m. Fee for the six week session is $30 and the instructor will be Nancy McDavid. n The South Lake Art League has scheduled a Fall Art Show from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. beginning Wednesday and continuing every day but Mondays until Nov. 30 at the gallery on W. Montrose St., downtown Clermont. For more information, call Eleanor Meade, chairperson, at 394-3645.

n The Downtown Clermont Farmer's Market is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Sunday along W. Montrose St., historic downtown Clermont. Shop the many vendors for produce, plants, flowers, cooked and prepared specialty foods and much more. Presented by the Clermont Downtown Partnership, 394-8618.

n Tuesday's Lunch'n Learn are scheduled from 11:30 - 1:30 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month at Cheeser's Palace Cafe, 707 W. Montrose St., downtown Clermont. The fee is $20 per person and reservations are required. Call Karen Berwick at 407-435-9464. Lunch may be purchased separately during the lecture.

n Congregation Sinai members are selling the new 2009 edition of the Entertainment Book, which is full of useful discount coupons for restaurants, theaters, car rentals and other events and businesses. The book costs $25 and is available by calling 243-5750 and leaving a message. All funds raised will go to the temple's building fund.
