After-school programs at the library

Two new children's after-school programs are now offered at the Minneola Schoolhouse Library, 100 S. Main Ave. in Minneola.

The Reader's Theater for kids in 1st-3rd takes place at 3 p.m., every Wednesday afternoon and offers an exciting way for kids to have fun with others while gaining confidence in reading allowing students to practice until they are fluent readers.

At 3:30 p.m. every Thursday the library will host a Lego Club for children of all ages. Kids can build anything from the simplest to the most complex creation offering a time of independent creativity or with group dynamics encouraging others.
