What do you enjoy most about South Lake County?
I love the lakes and the scenery. It's not like the rest of Florida.
If you had to summarize your philosophy of life in one sentence, what would it be?
Make a difference in the lives of others around you.
Name a person or incident you've come across recently that's touched you in some way. Why did this person or incident impress you so much?
Our church recently did a turkey giveaway for needy families and a dinner for the homeless. It was good to see the lives that were touched.
How does what you do contribute to the welfare of the area?
My profession as a pastor affords me the opportunity to make a difference in the lives that come through our doors. I believe by building great people you help build a great city.
What's something you've always wanted to do but haven't yet?
I've wanted to travel to Europe for an entire month and visit a different city each week and see the history.
What advice would you give to people who want to help out in the community?
Do what's in your heart with what you have and it will all work out.
