A. Treat others as you wish to be treated, cherish your family and friends and live each day as if it were your last.
Q. How does your business or occupation contribute to the welfare of the area?
A. The library provides free services to residents of Lake and surrounding counties, offering books, periodicals, movies and internet access, as well as free programs for adults and children.
Q. Name one of your greatest accomplishments so far.
A. One of my greatest accomplishments so far has been building up the children's program from scratch; creating weekly story times and a seven-week summer reading program where there was none.
Q. What's something you've always wanted to do but haven't yet?
A. I've always wanted to go hangliding and parasailing.
Q. What advice would you give to someone just venturing out into the business world?
A. Get all the experience you can, even if you have to volunteer to get it. That experience will stand you in good stead when applying for a job.
