LEESBURG — Christmas is nearing as crafters are being sought for the 21st Annual Leesburg Christmas House at ViaPort Florida.

With an estimated 50,000 handmade items for sale from about 100 different crafters, last year’s selection offered decorative centerpieces, wreaths, hand-painted ornaments, baked goods, holiday quilts and figurines.

A sneak peek is scheduled from 3 to 8 p.m. on Nov. 3.

The Christmas House will officially open on Nov. 5 and continue through Dec. 10 in the mall near the AMC Theatres. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday and from noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
