The act lasted only a second, but it was enough to put a woman in jail for a few hours.

Clermont police on Thursday arrested 44-year-old Wen Li He, a female employee at New Moon Massage, shortly after she was accused of offering a sexual act to an undercover agent.

The masseuse was charged with offering to commit prostitution and entering or remaining in a structure for the purpose of prostitution. She was released from the Lake County jail later after posting a $1,000 bond.

According to an arrest affidavit, a police agent went into the U.S. Highway 27 business Thursday afternoon for an $80 massage. The agent, who is not identified in the arrest affidavit, took off his clothing and lied face down on a table as the woman spent 30 minutes massaging his skin, muscles and tissues.

After about 30 minutes, the agent said the woman asked him if he wanted a massage on the front and, still naked, the agent turned on his back. When the masseuse’s fingers started circling beneath his waist, the agent asked “How much extra is that service.”

The agent quelled the woman’s concerns that she would get into trouble, then he made a motion with his hands to show what he wanted her to do.

As soon as the woman started, the agent pushed her away, saying he was sorry but has a girlfriend. The agent then turned face down and let the masseuse complete the massage on his back for 10 more minutes.

The affidavit adds the agent then left the massage parlor and police came in and arrested He.

Clermont police officials credit the arrest to their “if you see something, say something ” initiative.

Either the agent was not telling the truth when he reclined, or what you meant to say was that he "lay face down"
