In fact, for satisfaction in the first-time home-buying experience, the brand achieved the highest score in the agent/salesperson and package of additional services study factors within its segment. For satisfaction in the first-time home-selling experience and repeat home-selling segments, the brand achieved the highest score in the agent/salesperson; closing process; real estate company marketing; real estate company office; and a package of additional services per each segment.
